Instructions
Chop 1 large onion and 2 garlic cloves
Add onions and garlic to 1 tablespoon olive oil and saute for 15 minutes
Add Beyond Meat and brown for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through
Combine all ingredients and stir well
Cook for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated
Garnish with shredded vegan cheese, green onions, vegan sour cream or cilantro. Serve with corn muffins and fresh salad.

Substitute with any meat or cheese desired
