So tasty and healthy!  I always enjoy this healthy green been mushroom saute.  Pair it with my meatloaf minis and you will have a great keto friendly meal.  It’s super easy to make too.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 cups Green Beans trimmed
  • 8 oz Mushrooms whole

Instructions
 

  • Saute Garlic and Onion in Olive Oil until onions are carmelized about 10 minutes
  • Add Fresh Green Beans and cook until heated through about 15 minutes
  • Add Mushrooms and cook until soft and browned about 15 minutes
  • Optional add red bell pepper
