Eggs

Onion
chopped or sliced

Deli Mustard
1
tsp
Paprika
1
tbsp
Chipolte Lime Mayo
1/4
tsp
Salt
1/4
tsp
Pepper
Optional: Sliced Sourdough, Iceberg Lettuce, Arugula, Spinach
Instructions
Gather the ingredients
Boil the eggs, peel and mash them using an
egg masher
Combine mashed eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in
medium glass bowl
Place egg mixture on toasted sourdough bread with chipolte mayo on each side of bread
Add desired salad topping such as arugula or spinach
If you’re doing
Keto
or Gluten Free, lay egg mixture in lettuce and top with chipolte mayo
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika and desired salt and pepper
