This fabulous healthy pasta salad is easy and quick to make! I’ve added some unique unexpected ingredients to suit everyone that both kids and adults will love. This is a cold pasta salad that you can prepare the day before and toss with dressing the day of. It’s simple and tasty as a side dish or main entree. It can be made gluten free and it’s healthy which makes it a great choice for every occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Pasta
  • 2 cup Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup English Cucumber quartered
  • 1/2 cup Olives
  • 1/2 cup Purple Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
  • 3/4 cup Feta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil Pasta per provided directions and cool
  • Gather all ingredients for pasta salad and dressing
  • Prepare homemade dressing and chill
  • Prepare Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onions
  • Combine all ingredients
  • Toss with dressing
  • Add extra pine nuts and feta on top
  • Pour into bowls and serve
