Simple and super tasty! These simple oven roasted potatoes are a staple on our family dinner table. My family asks for them over and over again! I roast them along with my simple baked salmon and crispy oven roasted brussel sprouts. Everyone is happy and enjoys the meal!

Equipment

  • Artisan Metal Works Cooking Board
  • SheetOXO Good Grips 2-Piece Cutting
  • Bakeware Nonstick Cooking Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Gold Potatoes sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Optional Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat Oven to 425
  • Wash and Peel Potatoes
  • Slice Into Thin Rounds
  • Toss in Bowl with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
  • Lay out on Baking Sheet and Roast for 45 Minutes
  • Optional Sprinkle with Rosemary or Garlic Salt
