INGREDIENTS FOR PASTA SALAD

– 1 pkg Pasta – 2 cups Tomatoes halved – 1 cup Cucumber quartered – 1/2 cup Olives – 1/2 cup Onions chopped – 1/2 cup Pine Nuts – 3/4 cup Feta Cheese – Dressing of your choice (see my homemade dressing next slide)

INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE DRESSING

1/4 cup Olive Oil 1 Lemon 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 2 Minced Garlic Cloves 1 Tsp Dried Oregano Dash Salt and Pepper

Boil Pasta Per  Package Directions

Combine all ingredients for  dressing, whisk and chill.

Prepare halved tomatoes, quartered cucumber and  diced onions for pasta salad.

Combine all ingredients for pasta salad and toss with dressing

Add extra pine nuts  and feta when serving!   Enjoy my easy healthy  pasta salad!
