Step One

Preheat oven and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush corn cobs with olive oil and sprinkle on seasoning mixture. Keep cobs in husk and roast in oven.

Step Two

Add asparagus to pan, brush with olive oil and sprinkle on seasoning mixture. Roast in oven until asparagus is tender. Carefully slice the corn off the cob, set aside.

Step Three

Cook pasta and drain reserving some pasta water. Stir in pesto sauce and lemon juice and any additional seasoning mixture. Add in corn and asparagus, fold to combine.
