Fall is the time of the year for fun activities, pumpkin recipes and parties. Always included in these fall festivities are tasty and healthy charcuterie boards. This time I will be sharing my healthy halloween charcuterie board. It is fun and easy to make.

  • Charcuterie Board
  • Cheese Knives
  • Small Ramekin Dish


  • 1 jar black olives
  • 10 slices Sliced Genoa Salami and Provolone Tray
  • 10 slices Sharp Cheddar Cracker Cuts
  • 4 oz Breakfast Brie Cheese
  • 6 oz Gouda Cheese
  • 10 Sweet Potato Crackers
  • 1 cup Tomato & Basil Dip
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
  • 10 Mini Cheese Crackers
  • 10 Cheese Puffs
  • 10 Sweet Potato Chips
  • 8 Black Licorice
  • 3/4 cup Dried Apricots
  • 2 small Clementines
  • 1 medium Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Halloween Candy


  • Gather Ingredients
  • Create a Design
  • Place items on board starting with largest or main decoration
  • Be sure you have cheese knives and spoons for serving



This healthy board is so much fun to make and can be made with many different substitutions. I like limited candy so I just chose some basic Halloween candy. Other suggestions to add on this cheese board are: chocolate covered almonds, chocolate covered raisins, additional cheese varieties, more meats, fresh fruits, or fresh mini pumpkins.
