Balance exercises for seniors are fun for just about anybody that wants to improve and maintain their health. It’s important for seniors to maintain balance which helps prevent falls. According to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one in four Americans aged 65+ falls each year. Among older adults, falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of non-fatal trauma related hospital admissions.
