What is the Best Organic Matcha Tea – My Review!

Have you wondered what is Matcha and what is the best organic Matcha Tea?

Matcha is a form of green tea thats been used in China and Japan for hundreds of years.  Its leaves are made into a powder thats stronger than regular tea.  It tends to be sweeter and creamier than regular green tea.  The Matcha tea is strong in antioxidants and has been known to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and defend against cancer.  Some other benefits are helping with inflammation pain and helping to keep teeth in good shape.  Since there is a lot of caffeine, rest assured it will help you be more alert.

  1. I never thought about substituting my coffee for tea until I read your article.  I stumbled upon your site while researching substitutes drinks for breakfast..  I was looking to find out also what different drinks might be recommended instead of coffer and tea popped up. I drink my coffee black and assume you can do the same with tea or is it suggested to add some type of sweetener to the tea?

  2. Hello there thanks for the review. It was helpful and educative. This actually is a nice tea from the way it looks and I assume it has a lot of healthy benefits. Herbal teas like this are usuall rare to find and cannot just be consumed like every other tea. I think I wouldn’t be a bad idea trying this one out.

  3. I haven’t tried substituting coffee for tea until I found your article.  Upon landing on your site when researching about few things about my online business, I saw the title of substituting drinks for breakfast..  I was looking to find out also what different drinks might be recommended instead of coffer and tea popped up. I drink my coffee with cream and sugar and  the same thing with tea. I am looking for some suggestion for sweeteners instead of sugar. Any suggestions?

  4. Hi there, I have heard about Matcha tea, but I have not yet tried it. It sure looks and sounds as if it has lots of health benefits and the fact that it has many antioxidants, is certainly very beneficial.

I have never thought of putting tea in my yoghurt or to put it in granola, so I will have to give it a try.

  5. I have heard so much about matcha and I know how beneficial it is for our health, but I have never tried it. I should get it next time I go shopping. So, if it has lots of caffeine, it is best drunk in the morning, isn’t it? Would it keep me awake at night if I get a late evening matcha tea? I like drinking tea in the evenings – well, all day long, haha, I love tea!

Art of Tea is a very nice company.I have seen some of their products online and I have also visited their website. They seem to have high quality teas. It would be worth exploring 🙂
