Simple Oven Roasted Potatoes
Simple and super tasty! These simple oven roasted potatoes are a staple on our family dinner table. My family asks for them over and over again! I roast them along with my simple baked salmon and crispy oven roasted brussel sprouts. Everyone is happy and enjoys the meal!
Ingredients for Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes
- 1.5 lbs Gold Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3/4 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary (optional)
Directions for Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes
Pre-Heat Oven to 425
Wash and Peel Potatoes
Slice Into Thin Rounds
Toss in Bowl with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper
Lay out on Baking Sheet and Roast for 45 Minutes
Optional Sprinkle with Rosemary or Garlic Salt
Optional Add Caramelized Onions
