How to Clean an Electric Water Kettle?

I had to do this for my electric water kettle because calcium hard water deposits formed on the bottom and in some corners. It’s super easy to get the scaly hard water deposits off with very little scrubbing.

Here’s the steps I recommend:

Fill kettle with 1:1 solution of water and distilled white vinegar
Bring to a boil for 8 minutes
Let solution rest inside kettle for 15 minutes
Rinse with clean water and fill again with water only
Bring to a boil again
Wipe with towel to remove deposits
