Ingredients for Brunch Board
- Pancakes, prepared
- Bacon
- Hard Boiled Eggs, halved
- Oranges, sliced
- Bananas, halved
- Berries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
- Plain greek yogurt
- Granola
- Honey
- Syrup or Jam of choice
- Pumpkin Muffins
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
Instructions for Delicious Brunch Charcuterie Board
Prepare pancakes from this recipe and muffins per recipes and set aside
Cook the bacon, set aside
In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until well combined, keep refrigerated until ready to use
Place yogurt in small dishes and top with granola and honey
Arrange pancakes on board or tray
Add the pumpkin muffins and pumpkin cream cheese
Add bacon slices and boiled eggs
Place yogurt dish/dishes on tray
Lastly fill in any open spaces with the fruit
Serve and enjoy!
