What goes on a nibble board?

There are so many options for a nibble board but this one will focus on fruits and veggies.  Healthy options are always my suggestion.  If you are having a party, provide a good variety to accommodate multiple guests.  I would suggest: apples, pears, oranges, grapes, raisins, carrots, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, jicama, or radish.  It’s always best to use gluten free crackers and even provide some nuts.

Fruit Nibble Board
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Apple, sliced
  • Spinach, small whole leaves
  • Orange/Mandarin, slices
  • Asparagus Tips
  • Strawberries, quartered
  • Feta, large crumbles (optional)
  • Plain greek yogurt w/ honey drizzle for dip
  • Triscuit crackers 
  • Only enough ingredients to create 3-4 bite sized combinations

How to Make a Fruit Nibble Board

  • Arrange bite size combinations on a small board – cucumber/apple, spinach/orange, asparagus/strawberry
  • Drizzle honey over greek yogurt for a dip – place in center of the board
  • Fill in empty spaces with crackers and large feta crumbles (optional)
  • Serve and enjoy!


What do you put on a Nibbles Platter?

I love nibble boards that are small and have limited ingredients.  They are not overwhelming and perfect for two.  I like to include healthy ingredients such as fruits, veggies, crackers and yogurt dip.  Hummus is also a great idea to add along with pita chips to make a meditterean style board.
