Cauliflower Chicken Curry-Follow my recipe and at the end of the recipe add Skinny Protein in along with the liquids. Yum!
Your Super Green Monster Smoothie-2 tbsp Skinny Protein mix, 1 tsp Super Green mix, 1 orange, peeled and sliced, 1 pear, cored and sliced, 1 cup water, 1 cup kale, ice (optional). Blend all ingredients in a blender like this one I recommend here.
